1.Setup + Tempo Warm-Up
Stand in your address position and take slow, deliberate practice swings at 50% speed. Focus on feeling a consistent tempo — no ball required.
Warm-up - 8 min
2.Putting Start Line
Use a putting mat or a flat piece of carpet. Place a target at 3–4 feet. Focus on rolling the ball on your intended start line. Track misses left or right.
Skill - 7 min
3.Distance Control on Mat
Putt to targets at different distances — near end, middle, and far end of your mat. Focus on pace variation and controlling your backswing length for each distance.
Skill - 4 min
4.Pre-Shot Routine Reps
Stand behind an imaginary shot, walk into your address, take one slow rehearsal swing, and settle into your position. Repeat with a different club each time.
Skill - 2 min
5.Reflection
Note one thing that felt consistent and one thing to carry to the course. Home practice builds habits — small observations compound over time.
